IMAP settings for faculty and administration
Open in Outlook Tools->Account Settings and click on the New... button

Select the checkbox "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click Next
|

Choose the E-mail Service Internet E-mail and cllick Next
|

|
Fill the text boxes as is shown in the example of the picture above (replace E-mail Address and User Name fields with your owns) and click tha More Settings... button

|
In Advanced section choose SSL for type of encrypted connection (Incoming IMAP server port automatically changes to 993)
|
 |
Click OK, Next, Finish and Close to save your IMAP settings.
