The University Events Office is involved in the planning, setup and announcement of an array of special events such as exhibitions, performances, fashion shows, recitals, concerts, book premieres, film presentations, visits, receptions, lectures, meetings, etc. Additionally, it is responsible for organizing all lectures coming under the Distinguished Lecturers Series and Lecturers Series. Also the University Events Office is the major force behind the AUBG Commencement ceremony in May. Furthermore, the University Events Office supervises and coordinates the training and activities of the Student Ambassadors and Student Interpreters Clubs.
