This section is updated regularly (sometimes daily and sometimes weekly, depending on the news).

Central and Eastern European Online Library
C.E.E.O.L. is an online archive that provides access to full text PDF articles from 770 humanities and social science journals, electronic books and re-digitized documents pertaining to Central, Eastern and South-Eastern European topics. The subjects include: Central and Eastern European politics, economy, sociology, anthropology, history, literature, fine arts, gender studies, philosophy, reviews, etc. Each document is searchable by its individual bibliographic description in the database. This description comprises an abstract of the article in English, keywords, title in English and in their native language. Students from East-European countries (Macedonia, Albania, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, etc.) can read serials on their native language.

Ciela Info Media is a database that contains news and articles in full-text. They are accumulated in an archive of leading Bulgarian electronic and print periodicals. The text is in Bulgarian. Search by keywords and phrases. Limit the search chronologically and by periodicals format.

Columbia International Affairs - CIAO
Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO) is the most comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs. It publishes a wide range of scholarship from 1991 onward that includes working papers from university research institutes, occasional papers series from NGOs, foundation-funded research projects, proceedings from conferences, books, journals and policy briefs. CIAO is also widely-recognized source for teaching materials including original case studies written by leading international affairs experts, course packs of background readings for history and political science classes, and special features like the analysis of a bin Laden recruitment tape with video. All sections of CIAO are updated monthly.

Academic Search Complete is the world's most valuable and comprehensive scholarly, multi-disciplinary full-text database, with more than 8,500 full-text periodicals, including more than 7,300 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than 12,500 journals and a total of more than 13,200 publications including monographs, reports, conference proceedings, etc. The database features PDF content going back as far as 1887, with the majority of full text titles in native (searchable) PDF format. Searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,400 journals.

EBSCO EconLit
EconLit, the American Economic Association’s electronic database, is the world’s foremost source of references to economic literature. The database contains more than 1,100 records from 1969-present. EconLit covers virtually every area related to economics.
EBSCO GreenFILE
GreenFILE offers well-researched information covering all aspects of human impact to the environment. Its collection of scholarly, government and general-interest titles includes content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more. The database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 384,000 records, as well as Open Access full text for more than 4,700 records.

This new bibliographic database is a valuable index for libraries, scholars and individuals interested in European works that relate to the Americas. EBSCO Publishing, in cooperation with the John Carter Brown Library, has created this resource from “European Americana: A Chronological Guide to Works Printed In Europe Relating to The Americas, 1493-1750,” the authoritative bibliography that is well-known and respected by scholars worldwide. The database contains more than 32,000 entries and is a comprehensive guide to printed records about the Americas written in Europe before 1750.

JSTOR is an interdisciplinary archive to support scholarship and teaching. It includes archives of over one thousand leading academic journals across the humanities, social sciences, and sciences, as well as select monographs and other materials valuable for academic work. The entire corpus is full-text searchable, offers search term highlighting, includes high-quality images, and is interlinked by millions of citations and references. JSTOR has a moving wall policy that keeps a 2 to 5 year gap between current articles and articles in JSTOR.
