Ciela Info Media 

Ciela Info Media is a database that contains news and articles in full-text. They are accumulated in an archive of leading Bulgarian electronic and print periodicals. The text is in Bulgarian. Search by keywords and phrases. Limit the search chronologically and by periodicals format. It is available in the library at the Reference Desk only.

Academic Search Complete is the world's most valuable and comprehensive scholarly, multi-disciplinary full-text database, with more than 7,000 full-text periodicals, including nearly 6,000 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than 11,000 journals and a total of more than 11,600 publications including monographs, reports, conference proceedings, etc. The database features PDF content going back as far as 1887, with the majority of full text titles in native (searchable) PDF format. Searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,000 journals.

EBSCO Business Source Premier 

Business Source Premier is the industry’s most used business research database, providing full text for more than 2,300 journals, including full text for more than 1,100 peer-reviewed titles. This database provides full text back to 1886, and searchable cited references back to 1998. Business Source Premier is superior to the competition in full text coverage in all disciplines of business, including marketing, management, MIS, POM, accounting, finance and economics. This database is updated daily on EBSCOhost.

EBSCO EconLit  

EconLit, the American Economic Association’s electronic database, is the world’s foremost source of references to economic literature. The database contains more than 785,000 records covering 1969-present. EconLit covers virtually every area related to economics.

This database provides comprehensive full text coverage for regional business publications. Regional Business News incorporates coverage of more than 80 regional business publications covering all metropolitan and rural areas within the United States. 

Encyclopedia Britannica 

Encyclopedia Britannica Online includes the complete encyclopedia, as well as Britannica Concise Encyclopedia articles and  media, Web sites, videos, statistical data  and notable quotations. Magazine and journals from EBSCO and Proquest are also available.  

 

Europa World Plus

Europa World Plus is the online version of the Europa World Year Book and the nine-volume Europa Regional Surveys of the World series. The year book one of the world's leading reference works, covering political and economic information in more than 250 countries and territories.


Global Development Finance (World Bank) on CD ROM
Provides complete and up-to-date data and analysis on the external debt and international capital flows of developing countries. It contains a database of 200 time series indicators, covering the years 1970 to 1995 in most cases and 2005 for "pipeline" data. It contains the full contents of the print version of Volume 1 and 2 of the Global Development Finance and all the tables from both volumes. Text providing country notes, definitions, and source notes is linked to each table. A privatization database is included in the Tables section.

IMF International Financial Statistics on CD-ROM
Published by the International Monetary Fund since 1948, International Financial Statistics. Reports on a variety of financial variables, including exchange rates, interest rates, liquidity, international trade, and others, for each country that is a member of the fund. The data can be retrieved by country, data series, or by individual variable.

ISI - Emerging Markets  - Southeast Europe  

EMIS covers nearly 80 emerging markets and for each country it aggregates data from different sources, both local and international. Part of the database is CEIC Data  -  "best in class" database that  deliver the most accurate and timely economic, sector and financial data from around the globe.

JSTOR has a moving wall policy that keeps a 2 to 5 year gap between current articles and articles in JSTOR.

ProQuest Central 

ProQuest Central is the largest aggregated full-text database in the market today totaling more than 12,665 titles—with over 9,745 titles in full text. It serves as the central resource for researchers at all levels in all markets. Over 160 subjects areas are covered extensively in this product including business and economics, health and medical, news and world affairs, technology, social sciences and more.

 

ScienceDirect Freedom Collection  

ScienceDirect Freedom Collection  is a full-text database published by Elsevier that offers a collection of high-quality journal articles online. Content includes access to over 2500 full-text scientific journals date back 5 years. 

 

Scopus  

Scopus is the largest abstract and citation database of research literature and quality web sources with smart tools to track, analyze and visualize research.


World Bank e-Library 

The World Bank e-library is an online, fully cross-searchable portal of over 5,000 World Bank documents. The collection consists of over 2,000 World Bank publications and over 3,200 Policy Research Working Papers, plus each new book and paper as they are published.

European Commission Library Catalogue

ECLAS is a bibliographic data base consisting of 350 000 completed catalogue records in the domain of European affairs. Records include journal articles, books, conference proceedings and Internet resources (mostly documents).

European Communities Historical Archives
